The Good Business Podcast is a non-profit project co-founded by Jill McAlpine & Fergus Weir to support our mission to celebrate Highland business at its best while providing experience and mentorship for young people interested in media production and communications.
Our Mission:
To promote great SME businesses in the Highlands positively impacting the world around them, while developing young talent across the media services sector.
Our Approach:
It’s simple. We only work with great businesses whose values align with our own. That way we capture authentic stories that customers will love to hear.
Developing Talent
We are passionate about giving young people the opportunity to learn media skills, enabling them to realise their full potential. Our mentors work with our young trainees to help them build practical skills in videography, audio and editing and content creation. Our young trainees work alongside businesses, helping them create their stories.
